Note: Custom work developed specifically for clients under contract may have different ownership terms as outlined in individual project agreements.

Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the availability, content, or performance of third-party services integrated with our solutions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKYLINK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
